I found out a lot about my current life, just from going into the 'past'. It also allowed me to see the dynamics of some of my current life relationships with others, and why some of us are behaving the way we do now. It was extremely relaxing, and I'd also say very emotionally releasing and healing. My hypno learned at the regression academy in England, and I believe that this organisation teach/learn the Dr Michael Newton method., I then went on to experience a life between lives session too. Not scary in the least, very relaxing, and another way to access things that might need to be released from you, to let you move on.
