A bit wooo - Very strange photo.

I have found a very strange photo on my iPhone. It is dark with loads of lights in a strange pattern.

I don't know exactly when or where it was taken. Based on the timeline of the other photos it is possible it was taken around the time of my
Dad's funeral.

Anyone have any ideas?

Camera not shut down and a random photo taken in a bag / against something?
