Something bad in the house - Advice please (don't bother parping)

We have often had nice things in our house, DD talks to them etc, but something seems to have changed.

On Weds night we found DD sat in her room, crossed legged, swaying, eyes wide open, and a smell of fish and chips in the room. I asked her to lay down again, and she lay down and went to sleep.

But since then (and possibly a bit before, memory is fuzzy), the house feels wrong. I am on edge and overtired, DH is complaining of sleeping enough, but not feeling rested, and DD is very very irritable and overtired seeming, but is getting the same, if not more sleep than normal.

I am having vivid nightmares again, which normally happens when there is some sort of upheaval in my life, or something spiritual going on around me... my day to day life is fairly settled atm.

I am feeling closed in whenever I go in the house, and am more tearful than I have been in a long time.

I feel like we need to do some sort of cleansing and protection, but my brain isn't focussing long enough to remember what to do - the only thing I can think clearly is that I need to use white candles.

Please can you give me some advice? We are all at eachother's throats, and miserable.

The ones I've got are a bit long to cut & paste.

Can you drop me a line to antlxstew at yahoo dot co dot uk then I will email you straight back.

Off the top of my head good things for cleansing/proctecting generally are the candles, smudge sticks (sage inscense will do), roze quartz.

How about \link{http://www.spaceclearing.com/\space clearing}? Not done it myself, but read her books and like the idea.

Sprinkle salt outisde doors & windows too. It stops the bad spirits entering (don't worry about the spilling salt superstition here)

Well I had a much better night's sleep, not a peep out of DD, and it was the first time in ages that I could tuck her in before I went to bed and she didn't stir in the slightest.

I thought DH would be sceptical, but he seemed to think it was as good a reason for all the chaos as anything... Especially as DD piped up yesterday afternoon that "bad fairies" were keeping her awake.

Unfortunately I had the bright idea of letting DD be with me whilst I went round the house... she now wants to keep throwing water to protect her from "bad fairies" Grin

She is loving the healing blessings too - I am going to try to keep doing those in the morning and before bed.

All in all, I feel much more settled today (and DS pooed properly - not been properly for about 10 days... not that that is really relevant, but thought I should add more happy news Wink) - I don't know how much is the cleansing working, and how much is just believing, but I really don't care if it is going to make my family normal again.
