Bizzare dream. Can anyone make sense of it?

I know your brain can go a bit into overdrive when pg and I already have had a few weird dreams but this one has really stuck with me.

I dreamt that for some reason I had to go for another ultrasound scan (have no worries about the baby btw, am 29 weeks and everything is ok) and the sonographer was looking at the babys legs and paused a picture of it. He then laughed and said the last sonographer must have been joking as this baby is most definatley girl not a boy (was told it was a boy at 20 week scan). I then became very upset as I was expecting a boy.

Firstly I was shocked ay my response in the dream but its made me wonder why I was dreaming about this anyway.

Could I really be having a girl?
Is there some deeper meaning to this that I just don't get?

Not brilliant at dreams - you need papillon.

If you weren't pregnant I would say that babies are a sign of something new, a project or job opportunity type thing. The difference discovered at the ultrasound could be a surprising change of direction, one that you aren't too sure about having got your ideas mapped out.

Being pregnant though - it could be a straight forward premonition

Now papillon will hopefully come along and figure it out properly.

I did have a dream a month before I found out I was pg and it was about having Quintuplets! I posted on here and got a great response. Papillion linked a great site about spirit babies/children.
