Teardrops is a Reiki Master and there are probably loads of others.

Sorry, the basic answer by the way is yes - a Reiki Master can take you through the various levels until you become a Master yourself.

It can be pricey though, depending on where you go.

That's about where my knowledge on that one ends, a speciality of Teardrops not me Smile
