Anyone know what it symbolises? I know it is at the crown of the head but just curious if I should know more,

You asked about Yoga awhile back learning and Kundalini Yoga for example can help activate chakras. Your crown 7th chakra being the gateway between what is happening in your body and outside it. It can be tempermental and not be positive as an experience but is used in hynotherapy on occasion.

I feel the navel chakra is also very important. Its my personal favourite anyhow.

You can also feel your head tingling with the forked thingy that cod is always advocating. You would have to ask the guru hippie fish about that though :o

Thank you Papillon. I did a google on that yoga and it seems quite interesting. I really would love more time to do more research on the stuff I have become interested in but can really only snatch a few minutes here and there to log on. I live in a small community so not much happening here in terms of being able to find local people to answer my questions. I have bought several books but it would just love to get the time to sit down and read them properly. I have really good children but every time I try to sit and do my reading they seem to need me at that precise time LOL. I am going on holidays soon so I guess I will have plenty of reading material to take with me. Thanks again Papillon.
