Muslim sisters- life in the grave

Just wondering if fellow muslim sisters can advise about after life in the grave for a muslim. How our deeds will impact how our time in the grave will pass.

I accidentnly came accross a picture of the grave and am so worried that my deeds will impact on whether i will be comfortable in the grave or have a tourturous time.

I have heard that there will be a snake in the grave and if you are good the grave will expand and the snake will disappear. Otherwise the grave will contract and we will have a window in our grave with flames showing.

I would go back to what quran and strong hadiths say.I wouldn't worry too much about details,we don't know that much about it,why not focus on how to make the scale heavy?how to do more good deeds and practice better?then insha'Allah grave will be all good :-) reminder to myself first

I agree with amirah. We are all better off focussing on our deeds and constantly remembering the grave, than the size of it. As amirah put it, this is also a reminder for myself first. Smile
