But just wanted to share I'm doing my Reiki 2 tonight, and I'm excited

I have aslight headache today, what's that about?

Well, my headache has gone, but had a busy day yesterday at Alton Towers and nearly six hour round trip!

I have been sending distance reiki to my mum today and a few others that need it.

I can visualise and remember two symbols, but having trouble remebering the last one, will take time and practice I suppose.

Thanks for responding. I have been looking up old threads on chakras and third eye as they don't seem to be popular at the moment. No wonder really after the way the last reiki thread took off!
