I need to a st christopher medal blessed by a priest...How do I proceed ?

I have just been told that my good friend is going to have her son baptised end of august. She thought of me as a godmother but unfortunately I can't be as the christening is abroad and anyway I don't go enough to church (catholic).

I bought the little one a chain with st christopher that I want to give him.. I would love it if it could be blessed by a priest before I give it to him.. Is it possible ?

Of course, you just find a priest, and ask him, just say you've got a St Christopher medal and will he bless it for you?

Go to the parish office and ask what hours he might be putting in an appearance there, or catch a priest right after Mass in the vestry.
