can anyone advise on crystals please?

I hope this is an appropriate place to post...I have a friend who's having a crisis of confidence at the moment - she's taken a new career path and seriously doubting herself (although she has the skills and knowledge she lacks belief in herself)

She likes tokens, angels etc and I'd love to get her a small crystal to pop in her pocket.

Im looking for something that helps with courage, strength, self confidence....any ideas? I'd usually ask said friend for advice but obviously can't in this case!!

Tiger Eye would be a good choice. It correlates with self confidence (and is also very pretty!). Other options could be carnelian (career success) or dolomite (averts fear of failure). I'm sure as she goes along her confidence will build, and lovely that you are thinking of her.

Och you are a lovely friend for her :) I'd also tell her to call upon ascended master Lu-Hsing (I pronounce Loo-sing) he is very good at assisting us in our career choices. Good on your friend for being confident enough to take a new career path. Also, Archangel Michael is a fav of mine to ask of the following 'screen my callers (at work or whereever)' and smooth my day ahead. I find this works and as you said your friend likes angels, I just thought I'd stick my tuppence up for you xxx
