Petition to support gay marriage in the Church of England

Not sure if this has been shared here before but it's coming up to its "closing date" so thought I'd just post a link...

The petition will be presented to the Archbishops of Canterbury and York around 1.00pm on Saturday 7th July at the General Synod session at York University.

I think this was posted at the end of the discussion when the CofE statement was first issued, but you had to read the whole thread to come across it.

Bumping for you as I think they are quite a long way off getting the 5000 signatures they wanted for this petition - would be nice to see the numbers go up.
