No news at the moment since the last update.

I will post it again here in case anyone missed it tho.

"Aillidh update: slight improvement in xray. Bronchoscope and lavage done. She is comfortable and sedated. Plan is to leave her on vent a few days and find out what is going on inside her lungs with results of bronchoscope/lavage. Please, please keep praying. Your prayers, thoughts, vibes and anything are keeping her and us going. We are buoyed by everyone's strength and hope. Her grandmother is here now and her maternal grandparents will be here on Monday."

this is giraffes holding aillidhs hand, with aillidhs 'royal doggy' keeping her safe. I think it is such a strong visual image we could all do with,

pinkpyjamas · 01/07/2012 23:06

Go 'Royal Doggy'!
Keep her safe and help her rest and be there when she wakes.

kittyandthefontanelles · 01/07/2012 23:07

Offered up my mass today for Ailidh. God bless.

Northernlurker · 01/07/2012 23:08

Wow that is a beautiful image. Thanks for sharing. I'm carrying on praying - for life and love and joy and health for Aillidh, for strength and fortitude for everyone else. For miracles and answers to our prayers and for each other as we carry on together. Monday morning is 47 minutes away. Joy comes in the morning.

Northernlurker · 01/07/2012 23:09

Lets hope joy brings a calculator with it too - I meant 42 minutes Grin

MrsS3 · 01/07/2012 23:13

in the midst of all this I have discovered how strong the power of prayer is. Let's all just keep doing it...

BrigitBigKnickers · 01/07/2012 23:19

Have been following Aillidh's plight- poor little thing- she hasn't been far from my thoughts in the past few days when I discovered her story.

Have two girls of my own- can't imagine the agony for expat and her family and the strength needed for them and Aillidh to bear this immense burden.

Not religious but keeping everything crossed and sending positive thoughts.

Hoping tonight brings healing and a brighter morning tomorrow.

FrankWippery · 01/07/2012 23:21

Thinking of you, I hope the night is comfortable for you. x
