can't think of any right off the top of my head, but check out cyberhymnal - indexed handily by scriptural allusion!

do you now "Yahweh, I know you are near" by Dan Schutte? It's in the "Songs of the Spirit" hymnbook.
Also,"O God, you search me and you know me" by Bernadette Farrell. That's in the hymn book "Laudate" - they're both contemporary Catholic hymn writers.
