1st Commuion Missal- New translation

DD is making her 1st Holy COmmunion in May and wants a Missal to remember it but also one she can use in Mass afterwards as well.
Our church has the lovely ones they can put in their bags on the day but they are all the old translation. The only New ones are much larger and not the daintly little ones to go in her bag.
Does anyone have any good ideas?
I still have mine and it is a lovely memory of the day so as dd really wants one am desperate to find one she can use properly.

Any ideas?

I posted something similar a couple of days ago asking for communion gift ideas. One of the posters on my thread said that her parish priest had advised parents of first communion candidates to hang fire on buying a new missal as there are more wording changes to come.

My own PP hasn't said anything about this, but thought I would mention it to you in case you want to check it out.

Have now found a small one about £5 so hope that there are also others out there with New translation
