Where do I find decent religious easter cards?

I am fed up of whimsical crosses, old-lady daffodils, and Victorian Bible lambs. There are so many great religious Christmas cards but where do people buy their Easter ones? Online solutions preferred.
Thanks in advance.

Here. Well, maybe not quite what you had in mind but if google can find me that in 30 seconds I'm sure you can do better Grin

No, not quite what I had in mind and if you googled easter card and found that you surely see the problem! Grin
I have found places like Eden and Zazza but I've no idea of the quality and they seem a bit cliche'd .
I wondered if anyone knew of a specially good place...

Don't know anything about them, never used them, but moonpig.com always saying you can personalise so why not try them for this?

You might like these.

I was indulging in late night naughtiness and googled pagan + "easter card".
I'd have thought christian + "easter card" would yield something.

My mother used to send ones handmade by people who are into cardmaking who did it for church funds - sold at bring&buys. Bit late for this year but if you can't find anything then maybe you could hint to some creative types in your church that there's a gap in the market. Smile

We have a good Christian Book Shop near us which is good for that kind of thing, could you look up 'Christian Book Shop' and your town/county to see if you have one nearby?

hiddenhome · 21/03/2012 10:39

Cathedral bookshops sell Christian Easter cards. I don't know if you live near a Cathedral city.

marmiteandhoney · 21/03/2012 22:33

What about good old baker ross?

MightyNice · 21/03/2012 22:37

MightyNice · 21/03/2012 22:39

oh, here are the cards

barristermum · 23/03/2012 00:02

Thank you all so much.
Marmite and Roxy those are lovely, but Mightynice those are EXACTLY the kind of things I have been looking for and I'm going to go and get lost in this website now.
Knew Mumsnet would have the answer.
Happy Easter in advance!

Churches often sell them.
Well ours does anyway.

MightyNice · 23/03/2012 09:20

hooray - I love cenacle, hope all the nice ones aren't sold out already

Hi! New to this forum - I was looking for the same thing yesterday and you're right that most of the 'free' cards that have decent Christian sentiments and designs are either retro/vintage or really amateur. I ended-up finding a site with two really nice Christian-themed Easter cards that I downloaded and printed at home for free. Wish they had more, but at least the two they have are a lot better than most of what's on the Google search. Here's the link:

www.CardFantastic.com/easter-cards.html

and here are two links to the front and back of a really nice 1/2-fold printable Easter card in pdf format:

OUTSIDE OF CARD: cardfantastic.com/uploads/3/0/3/4/3034293/easter_card_5_-front-religious-_half-fold.pdf

INSIDE OF CARD:

Happy Easter!
