which Bible for a 10 yeat old?

I am honoured to be asked to be a godparent to a ten year old. I'm used to getting suitable stuff for infants but does anyone have views for this age?

Depends on whether you want a faithful translation or whether you'd consider something like the Message. 10 is an in-between age, so I'd consider something that would last a little longer rather than a bible aimed at 8-12yos

I eventually went for the first recommendation because I found it in the bookshop near me and was able to look at it and they didn't have the others. It looks really good. But I was v taken by them all and so thank you.

I would get a copy of the New International Version if you are getting a bible.
