Alpha Course

Hello - am thinking of going to the Alpha course starting in January, would love to know if anyone has any experiance of this ?

It is fab.

I have been involved in Alpha for 20 years.

The worst case scenario is that you get fed, make new friends and have some stimulating conversations. The best case is that your life is transformed. In between, you get some of your questions answered and become part of a community where you can find out more.

Go for it. Remember you can ask as many questions as you like - most alpha courses are run by very laid back open minded people who want to share in your journey and talk through what you want to talk through. Hope you enjoy it. There are a couple of old threads on here about people who have been through an alpha which you may find interesting if you want to do a search for them.

Good idea re old threads, will have a browse - good to see everyones not saying "run for the hills!"
