Does Yoga belong here? If so what was this about?

I did my very first Yoga class today. It was Ok, I need the stretching. At the end we all laid down for some relaxation time (harder to do than you'd think!) The teacher came round the class and stretched all our shoulders and necks, which felt good, then she lightly and briefly touched her thumb to my forehead. It sent the strangest sensation right through my body and TBH I haven't felt exactly "right" ever since. Was that supposed to happen?

Ooh this sounds intriguing! Do tell us more.

I don't know about intriguing, it was just odd, a kind of shiver down the spine, except all through the body - not pleasant or unpleasant, just odd.

V interesting. The point she touched is a trigger point for the chakra located at the top of your spine. There are yoga practices that involve focusing on that point, or breathing up and down the spine. Simply observe it with interest!

I don't what to make of chakras but this is very interesting.
