Church Choir Question

ds2, dh and I rehears and sing for 2 or 3 events each year with a joint choir with Churches Together. One of the host church's' choir is affiliated to the RSCM.

On the back of this we got invited to a 3 hr singing workshop, followed by a service, in a local priory church. We've booked, paid our money, and bought the music and are really looking forward to it.

But what do we wear?

The leaflet said robed and non-robed choirs welcome. Obviously we don't have robes, but what should we wear? Smart - jackets, shirts and ties for ds2 and dh? What about me? Or is that degree of formality not necessary? Waddaya reckon?

I have a contact address, but I don't want to ask if the answer's obvious and I'll sound like a complete numpty!

Kx

Concert dress.
that's usually black skirt/trousers and white blouse/shirt.
Men/boys can wear a tie if you like.
