Cleansing my house

With all that has happened to me recently and an unwelcome visitor today I feel the need for some cleansing rituals in my house.

I have two little pots of sage now but what next?

Casting a circle is a wiccan ritual - but can be adapted to whatever is right for you as it is composed of the directions N,E,S,W - and calling them to open the circle. Once the circle is opened you can work on whatever energies or ceremonies of intent that you wish or need for in your life. Very important, When you are finished you close the circle.

This is quite appropriate (perhaps) because I was thinking to send you some info about the directions for the anger feelings you are experiencing so that you can seek out and find and talk to your anger place.

There are lots of sites online about casting circles... or some pagan people might see this thread and help. I need lunch and siesta for now

I made little red bags filled with whatever 'strong' and protecting herbs/tree leaves etc I could lay my hands on. (I live in a town but I managed rosemary, oak, willow, hawthorn, rowan and sage. Put the bags under the doormat or hung up by the door, and visualise a barrier against all unwanted guests. (Managed to leave my front door not quite shut while we went away for the weekend and my 'guardian angel' sent a lomg lost friend round to visit me - she noticed the door, rang me on my mob, checked the house for me and shut the door firmly (luckily it's self locking!) Salt is also good for preventing unwanted visitors too, apparently. I will not be online for a little bit so I'd like to wish you luck, light, love and laughter Glitter, may you and your little ones take strength from each other. Festive hugs x

I have done the salt thing today and as I started a magpie appeared and as I finished two came and looked down. I always count one as evil and two as good! I said a few words and tried hard to concentrate on banishing people with bad thoughts coming into my home.
