First books?
First interest to look into spirituality?

The first book I read that had an impact on me was by Lynn Andrews, Medicine Woman. It suits because I find that Shamanism is my major spiritual focal point.

Mine was the Fragrant pharmacy by Valerie Ann Worwood. That led onto all of her books.
Then a little light on angels- Diana Cooper.
My shelves are packed with all forms of spiritual books now..overflowing infact !!

Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsh

opened my eyes to a different approach from the black and white world of the Church

Never heard of Fragrant pharmacy by Valerie Ann Worwood Vicky

What is she all about then?

Yes Nettee, I agree CWG is a good book for reading about God. I have read his first one.

I just read Latoka Woman by Mary Crow Dog. Her Autobiography.

Very good. The part that impacted me the most was her husband´s time in prison and his emotions and attitude whilst incarcerated. Also the skin sacrifices they make at their Sun Dances. Seeing as I have been recently been cut (C-Section birth) and was reading the book over that time... it has some relationship to me. Weirdly I have always liked Branding and Scaring. Think Seal looks very sexy with his face brands !!

Have always been spiritual. I asked my non-church-going parents if I ould go to Sunday school when I was about 7.

I just always knew there was something more. I think I'm just a very lucky person.
