Eid Mubarak to you all, was quite sad that Ramadan is over but looking forward to celebrating tomorrow.

Was looking forward to seeing my 7mth old nephew for his first Eid, but he is unfortunately unwell so they may not be able to come round. We will be having the ILs over which is nice as mil is cooking and she is a brilliant cook.

Eid Murbarak to you! I wonder if anyone could tell me the correct pronunciation, as I would like to wish my Muslim neighbours a Happy Eid and don't know how to say it properly

fandz, it is pronounced "Eed (like seed)mu (as in moon) ba (as in bar) and rak (as in ruck-sack). HTH.

is it the done thing to send a card for Eid? I'd like to get one for DH's boss. he dropped off DH last week and siad he wasn't sure he was going to make it to Eid without eating his steering wheel on the way home from work
