I keep coming across lovely insightful quotes that really do help me through the day (as long as I am in the mood to hear their message! ).. so I thought I would start this thread as a place for us to put our insights as/when we come across them.. or even as we think them up (I know some on here are that creative and wise..!)

The one I came across today that I liked is..
