Moral Stories

Does anyone know a good book of moral tales? Ideally I am looking for a book which dips into many religions, suitable for expanding the moral awareness of an eager 6 year old boy.
Alternatively, what moral story do you feel speaks volumes? What one would you tell your dcs if you could only tell them one? What is your favourite?

La Fontaine? Aesop?

Aesop's a good one to start with for the youngsters.

never mind, it doesn't matter.
haven't seen you around for a while, so....

(the reason I was making comments about buying from Amazon is cos I run a bookshop - but cos you're in France, you're forgiven, cos you can't shop here!)
