Simple group exercise for thinking about spirituality?

My manager has asked me if I can come up with something for our team away day. Does anyone know of something which can inspire people to think about their own spirituality (in its broadest possible sense)? If it helps, we are mental health workers who aspire to work with people as holistically as possible.

Can anyone help me get all spiritual?

I don't know if it would help, but have you tried listening to "Something Understood" the Mark Tully programme on radio 4, for ideas?

I usually listen, it is about religion/spirituality in it's widest sense, focussing on one subject each week, with MT talking, readings, poetry and music. Might give you a starting point?

I'm sure it's available as a "listen again"

This could be easily adapted so that it is nonreligious, its part of Ignatian Spirituality, and I use it to gain peace of mind:

Consolation and Desolation

Thanks very much for those suggestions. I'll have a look at them both tomorrow.
