Church choice dilemma update

I started a thread a few months ago here about my difficulties with my current church, particularly the music. I had loads of wise advice from various posters (I remember MmeBlueberry and MrsCadwallader but there were serveral others).

I just wanted to say that I started an Authorized Lay Ministry Music course on Saturday. After listening to your wise words and praying I felt that God was calling me to take more responsibility so this is the result.

Our church needs misiters, so if you're ever in the area when you've been ordained

Oo, someone in our church has just started the Authorised Lay Ministry (ALM) course for Pastoral work, and she started on Saturday! Not many dioceses have ALMs, AFAIK - you're not in Ely diocese are you???
