IF you tell your instructor he/she will tell you what poses to avoid (eg squatting poses, but maybe that's later on; inverted poses definitely).

I know someone who was told not to do anything lying on her back, but I believe that is later on? In the end she found regular classes pretty pointless as she couldn't do most of it, so you might want to bag yourself a place in a pregnancy yoga class for when you get a bigger bump.

I went to pregnancy yoga classes and cant recommend them highly enough - it is extremely light yoga but being a yoga virgin as i was Blush i found it really helped me 'chill out' (if that is at all possible Grin ) during DS's birth.

dont do any yoga between week 10 and 14 othewise is the best thing you can do when pregnant, get a well qualified teacher, look on iya site for one near you.
