Feeding my cat salmon that has been cooked but not put in fridge after.

I had some salmon that was going to go off, so I ate some and saved some for the kitten. However, I just realised that I didn't put it in the fridge and it's been on the side for about 11 hours! Can I still give it to her?

My rule of thumb is if I wouldn't eat it or give to DD I don't give it to the pets.

Thanks Lizcat, I put it in the bin anyway as I wouldn't eat it so figured it can't be good for her either.

The cat would be able to tell

They wont eat off food (generally)
