here

now to prepare for the onslaught of 2 puppies

first evening has gone well so far. the girls are obviously excited to have dogs, but they have gone to bed ok, and now the pups have been fed and watered, done their business, and now snoozing.

sooooo sweet

They look lovely
I've never owned 2 pups at the same time. One is hard enough, so I guess 2 would be about the same?

Very brave taking on two.

misdee · 17/06/2010 20:40

2 is like having twins apparently.

we have been waiting years for these dogs, to get to the point where dh health is stable enough and girls are older etc etc. and couldnt choose between the 2.

they have come from a litter of 9 boys, mum and dad are both F1 labradoodles, hence the big differences in their coats.

am completely besotted with them. even if they did find the bigger gap in teh stairgate to the kitchen within minutes of getting here.

the lady we got them from is an old school friend, and was in tears when they left with me. set me off a bit.

Can't quite make out the breed (spaniel?)......

kid · 17/06/2010 20:43

My pup managed to find the biggest gap in the stair gate. I'd shut him in the kitchen, come back an hour or so later and he'd be at the street door when I opened it!
