pups are having their first jab next week. at 8 weeks old

after this, is it 2 weeks forthe next jab

then another 2 weeks before walks?

I can't remember!
I do know the vet said I could walk my puppy straight after the second jab, but that was partly because we had the snow at the time and any traces of parvovirus would not have survived in those minus temperatures.

But, if they say 2 weeks after, its better safe than sorry.

Depends on the vaccine being used, but yes 1-2 weeks post vaccine at least. You should be able to call the surgery and ask over the phone if you can't remember.

Sorry that was not clear at all - yes usually have to have at least 2 weeks between the vaccines and the second one done at or after 10 weeks old. Then 1-2 weeks before going out and about in public areas.

thanks. just wanted to make sure i have it clear in my mind before we pick up the pups.

Don't forget to take them to load of places and evpose them to lots of experiences, before they are fully vacinated, just don't put them on the floor.
