Hi red she's not too bad at the moment thanks , her arms & legs are clear but her ankles & heels are still very sore as they are the easy to reach areas for her to scratch , she is back at the hospital on Thursday to see her consultant so hopefully they might have some suggestions that might help . this heat doesn't help much though .

I 'met' a dog the other day called Dave and think it's a brilliant name to call a pet!

we had a springer called Zebedee, very apt name it was as he would bounce up and down whenever he met a person or a dog.

We have one now called Ozzy

I know a Labrador called Brian which I think is a really good funny name for a dog

Buudy is great, though he looks like a Rodney.

Every other dog where we live is called Buddy. Our Springer was called Titus, and I've known an Oscar and a Frodo. I think that dogs should be called names that you wouldn't/couldn't use for a child, although they also shouldn't be very long as dogs aren't great at recognizing words. Plus they need to be yellable too.

He is beautiful. No idea regarding names but i bet you loved cuddling him.

I like Gus, Angus, Rodney. Think I like Rodney best actually. also like Ralph (my suggestion for dp2 but dh has vetoed it. not that we've got dp2 or have any plans to get dp2...). and I like Baxter.

Sadly most of these names were on the lists for my three children

My sister got a Cocker spaniel, and on my insistence she called him Jarvis, so I suppose you should call yours Jerry!

OSCAR - his breeder is lovely & has invited us down to see him again on saturday , as the more cuddles we give him the less he will fret when we take him home [hopefully] he will be 6wks old this saturday so have another 2wks to wait until we take him home , but i get daily updates via emails on how he is doing
been shopping like a mad woman the last two days for all his things . lol
