I can't find my cat

Where does yours hide in warm weather?

She was on the drive when I came home. I asked her if she was coming in and she stayed there. A bit later she appeared in the garden and now she is no where to be seen. You ca normally tell what time of day it is by where she is sitting.

I know I am being stupid but she is old and poorly.

If she is anything like mine she is a creature of habit - mine doesn't like being hot so will be in the shade - either in the house or under a tree.

Is yours is the opposite and likes the heat have you tried looking on a flat roof or in a greenhouse?

Hope you find her.

Read her the riot act for worrying you and tell her she is grounded for a week

I will after lunch. I have just made bread and a chocolate cake and I am hungry.

Naughty bad bad cat.

I've only just seen this thread but I am so glad she has reappeared!

Me too .

She is asleep next to me on the sofa.

Once the kids are in bed and she wakes up and realises this, she will go and sit guard at the top of the stairs.

Mine is asleep on the chair next to me, too. I just "rescued" her from the outside windowsill of DD's bedroom where she was very keenly eyeing a nest of baby birds in the wisteria just two or three feet away!
