I assume this is when buying a pedigree animal usually cat. Breeding contract means they have registered the cat on the active register for breeding and you can register litters of kittens. Neuter contract is that you agree not only not to breed from the cat, but also to have it neutered.
In dogs breeding contract (usually called breeding terms) means that the pup (usually female) comes at a cheaper price and the breeder can have a puppy with out charge when you have a litter.

Thanks that was really bugging me I thought a breeder contract was they control how many litters/how often your dog can have.
