My local rescue are generally known to take in the harder to home dogs... the oldies, the epileptic, the Staffies and so on. They made an exception this time though.

Tinker is 4 months old... come take a look

All together now... aaaaahhhhh!

ellenjames · 04/05/2010 22:51

so cute! Not a fan of smaller dogs but still a stunner!

HappyMrsChicken · 04/05/2010 22:52

He's gorgeous. Bet he's a little bugger though. I don't think he'll be at the rehoming centre for long.

ThatVikRinA22 · 04/05/2010 22:52

he is cute....he looks very intelligent too.

DH has sworn me to no more animals...little does he know im planning on getting into the dog section ha ha!

SuSylvester · 04/05/2010 22:52

he is grk surely

That's the funny thing, ellenjames, the only other JRT I am really soft on is the rescue's mad scruffy one, generally I prefer bigger dogs... but this one's a cutie isn't he?

I've just learned too that one of my former foster dogs, a beautiful black Greyhound, went to the Greyhound Rescue Wales show recently where he won 1st in the Best Greyhound Male class, Champion in the Best Greyhound Male And Female class, 3rd in Best Rescue Dog and he was chosen as the Best Rescue Greyhound. So, I'm doubly happy!

. I love greyhounds. However we have cats so chose a different breed.

Bella32 · 05/05/2010 10:03

Whew. Was worried it was going to be a wolfhound Val, in which case I would have been in trouble

Very cute JRT though - hope he finds a home very soon

ditavionteased · 05/05/2010 10:06

ahhhhhhhhh he is so cute, would make a lovely friend for my 10 week oldborder girl, not sure ndh would agree though.

ShinyAndNew · 05/05/2010 10:08

I want him . Unfortunately I too have agreed to no more cats/dogs/small furry animals for now.

ASecretLemonadeDrinker · 05/05/2010 10:08

Where? He looks so much like my Jack Russell (who lives with another dog at my mums and I can't pinch back ) I think I have actually fallen in love.

Vallhala · 05/05/2010 11:40

For the rescue, it's back to their more normal intake.

On Monday one of my fellow volunteers is going to bring in a far less fortunate dog who has been mistreated.

More on him to follow once he's there and settled.
