Sorry, only just picked this up. After all that I realised that there was a phone number given for Roxy's owner, so called your friend... I just had a couple of comments to make which were best not put on a forum.

I understand that the Police have been contacted again and they are tracing the witheld number from the woman who claims to have bought Roxy. Thank god Roxy is chipped.
