Dd1 is still going on about her missing kitten. It escaped on Halloween night and was not sat waiting on the wall as per usual an hour later. We think some one took it (again) but did not bother to return it this time. It had collar with tag. We advertised it as missing but no replies.
About a month later I got myself a much awaited dog. Terrier from a rescue center. I had been told he is no good with other dogs and indifferent to cats. This is untrue. He loves other dogs and cats.
The thing is, he loves jumping on them. Not aggressively, but in play. He is like an overgrown puppy. We are working on this by taking him away from my cat and other dogs he meets to calm down when he gets too excited and starts jumping all over them.
Would he be okay with a kitten do you think? And do you think a new kitten might help dd1 accept that her old one is never coming back?
