Worried about puppy, probably for no reason at all!

I took my nearly 6 month old pup over the park this morning and we had a lovely longer than normal walk (about 45 minutes). He was fascinated with all the ducks, birds, squirrels, dogs, people etc.

He had another short walk tonight and is now resting in the hall.

Considering he never sits still for more than 5 minutes and the fact that he usually rarely leaves my side, I am concerned about his behaviour.

He has eaten his food as usual today, he was normal all day (playing with visitors, showing off with his tricks - oh, that was me not him )

So, should I just accept that he is worn out after his late morning walk, or is there something wrong with him?

Our pup became much less rumbustious at about that age for a period. It coincided with a big growth spurt. See how he is tomorrow.

thanks.

He is now laying on the settee on my feet (brave dog!) which is much more like him.
I was worried, even though I am happy for him to calm down a bit.
