Because my eejit cat is too lazy to jump over the back wall where he has access to open windows and/or jump onto the window sill where we can see him and will let him in.

Instead he chooses to sit "for hours" on the doorstep and is not let in (because no-one knows he is there) therefore we are neglecting my well fed, well groomed cat

They knocked the door effing and blinding at DH. It's a very hard day for DH today, it's a year to the dya he lost his nephew to cancer, the mood he is in I am surpried he didn't break down in a sobbing heap at their feet. Instead he has requested that I go and beat them up for him instead

I am amnused that they think the RSPCA will be at all bothered but a bit concerned that they appear to be monitoring my house.

My cat used to enjoy sitting on other people's doormats, and then swearing at them when they went in or out. I'm glad none of them were like your nutty ladies!

My neighbours (several of them!) have on many occassions taken one of my cats in when its raining because they "feel sorry for them", despite the fact that we have a catflap which they use millions of times a day and can come in out of the rain any time they like!

Oh, you have my sympathies. My next door neighbour is always making comments under her breath but loudly when I am around, about how my cats are neglected and starved!!!!
The 6yr old ginger is as fat as anything and comes and goes as she please. The 19 YES 19!! Yr old cat who is skin and bone but old and beyond fattening up sits and meows within 30 seconds of being outside and this is neglect!!! But after letting him in he meows to go out within a minute

We had someone knock on our door ordering us to let our poor cats in, as it was snowy and cold.
They were our NEIGHBOURS cats, who have cat flaps open 24/7. Do people forget what cats are?
not bloody lap animals
