Rabbit & Guinea pigs together?

Finally!
Weather is nice enough for them to be outside.

Poor bunny looks lost in the run on his own

Have put GPs near so that he can see them.

Would it be OK to have them all in the same run?
They are not used to it-would the GPs be frightened/rabbit attack or hurt them?

The rabbit could seriously injure the guinea pigs if he kicks out at them. It is no longer recommended to put them together. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

IME guinea pigs are frightened by most things so I should think their initial reaction would definitely be fright

That´s what I thought.

They have always been kept separate, & much as I feel sorry for bunny, can´t risk having piggies hurt.

Don´t really want another bunny though as children are losing interest & we have said that once these go that´s it.

I remeber once asking a friend if she could look after the piggies & she said no probs she would put themin with her rabbits & I was so I don´t know why I even thought about it

Well, bunny seems happier now-running around, kicking heels up & grazing.

Was just sitting before-maybe just enjoying the sun

I've seen rabbit and guinea pigs kept together though, I'm sure I have. Sorry, really don't know

Yes, I think some people do.

Maybe it´s OK if you do it when all babies?

Having watched our bunny just having a run I think he could easily hurt one.
