puppy peeing in his bed.

My gorgeous 21 week old bulldog has taken to peeing in his bed.

Any ideas, anyone???

wee/bladder infection?

normally once trained/dry dogs wont ever wee/poo/be sick in their bed UNLESS they cant help it (ie ill)

Definitely needs checking out by vet - take a sample with you.
