we noticed blood on the food bowl and after checking all the piggies one has a claw missing, there wasnt much blood she is fine and eating and walking.

Anyone have any advice about what to do?

Poor piggy! Do you think it's got caught on something and got ripped of, or have they been fighting? Either way you'll need to take her to the vet pretty sharpish as infection can set in really quickly on the feet and they decline fast once they're ill. If you can't get to the vet until tomorrow, take her out of the hutch/cage and put her into a large (clean) cardboard box or tub inside the house with a clean towel on the bottom instead of shavings, so nothing can get stuck in the wound (still give her hay for bedding, food, a bowl of water etc). But ideally take her tonight just to check her over - the vet will probably just clean it up and give you some ointment to prevent infection, but better safe than sorry. And it will grow back
