Crufts Insurance. Any experiences?

I've been trawling through the hellish topic of which dog insurance is best. I've pretty much decided on Crufts, which is a sort of budget Kennel Club insurance (both are underwritten by Agria). It has an annual payout limit (as opposed to a per condition limit), which is what I want.

I wondered if anyone is, or has been, with Crufts, and if so, what are your experiences and opinions?

Never used Crufts, but a friend uses Kennel Club insurance and has had very good service from them over a number of years.
