I know it's all poo but I just can't imagine sharing the loo with our two kittens! It makes me gag just cleaning out the cat litter tray and that's by using a nappy bag over my hand to do it. I'm trying to get mine to go outside and not use the tray.
What if they leak on the seat?!

thde training kit is designed to get them to deposit straight into the bowl so its more hygenic than laying in litter smelling the room out.

It helps that we have a spare loo to use during the training period.I cannot bear to use a litter tray any more

I din't know you could buy a kit! Can we have a link/

BecauseImWorthIt · 07/11/2009 22:10

Why don't you just let them outside?

luciemule · 07/11/2009 22:11

All I keep thinking about is 'Hotel for Dogs'. Ok I guess if you don't use the spare loo and it's for the cats.

Cool. I think I need to get one of theese for my MIL. Her house is totally spotless, but she has a litter try with poo in her kitchen. I just find it so gross...epsecially when we go for Sunday lunch.

I am currently adopting the Macauley Culkin position - this cannot be for real? Surely?

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 08/11/2009 19:39

it comes with a dvd and it seems to be ok.i have seen clips of cats using loos on youve been framed so i guess its common in the usa

i started him off on the training dish and so far so good...

i will keep you posted!

cat litter is so expensive and i hate having an open toilet in the house especially with a two year old on the go!

This is funny, I'm trying to untrain my cat from using the toilet! She took it upon herself to do it and refuses to use the litter tray or go outside. It's a pain the arse if you accidentaly leave th etoilet lid closed etc, cos she will go on the floor instead and it's getting on my nerves.

MistergodthisisSal · 08/11/2009 19:44

Bought it a year or so ago, but got fed up after a couple of weeks, sorry.

For what it's worth, one of our cats seemed fine and learned quickly, whereas the other one was thick stubborn, and at the time we decided to admit defeat and go back to cat sand.

The dvd did make us laugh, so at least good for the entertainment value.

Hope you've got better luck / determination!
