My beautiful bunny has got fur mites ! I took her for her yearly check and mixi vaccination yesterday and asked the vet to check a small patch of what I thought was dry skin on her back. Turns out it's some kind of mite! She's been treated and will be again when she goes back in two weeks for her VHD vaccine, but I feel terrible . She doesn't seem bothered though.
Anyway, what I was going to ask is, does anyone know if there is some kind of spray that I could get for the carpets etc (she's a house rabbit) to kill any mites that are there?
