in my experience the only thing that kills them is the tablets (forgotten the name) and only then do the spot on and collars work. But we have more cats than people on our street and all of them very generous with their fleas!

ive been using stronghold for the last 2 months so they have no fleas now so would a flea collar be ok for them now then as its only realyl to repel them?

do cats still get fleas with flea collars?

Flea collers are pretty useless IMHO and wear the fur away on the neck

I have found that once the cat is definately clear of fleas that flea collars do work.

Depends on the spot on you use - not all of them are the same. Flea collars are only of limited use.

BTW - yes stronghold is good!
