Did you know Stargazer lilys are really poisonous and could kill your cat?

OMG {shock] cheers for the link cc I'm forever buying lilys amongst other flowers and as I mentioned on my other thread earlier my cat loves to play with the fresh flowers I always put by my front door

Well, I guess if they have learned to dodge footballs, it would be churlish to poison them now

it was on the news the other day about the lillies.i thought it was only the white ones but obviously not AND ive got loads in my garden.
mind you the lily bugs tend to eat mine before they have a chance to flower so hopefully the cats will be ok.

I thought after id posted this that noone would care and think I was a right donut even thinking of posting it

funny thing is i posted about lillies being poisonous to cats only this afternoon on a gardening thread!
