Cat has had her stitches out.... but there have been drawbacks

She seemed to not eat much at all the past week with the bucket on her head - since the stitches have come out, she has eaten half a bowl of food (dry)

BUT

she was constipated due to not eating / drinking much and now she's got the runs....

is that normal?

Yep. Bowel spasms due to inactivity in the gut are v common in cats. Feel the inside of her ears, is she hot?

What did she have done?

she's not hot - she got spayed last tuesday

Well she may well be pissed off with you then - but if she's eating she'll be fine. Don't worry about the squits unless she goes all floppy.
