So DH is first downstairs and is SUPPOSED to check cat BEFORE letting her out of the dining room because has this tendency to stand in her poo. 15 mins later AFTER she has walked in almost every room in the house he notices her foot is covered in poo!! Aargh and then he disappears off to work. So dds and me spent most of the morning cleaning what felt like the whole bloody house - twice because she did it again while we were cleaning the first lot up!

So she wanted to go out in the rain - anytime says I and lets her out. She steps in the very wet soil and comes in looking like a drowned rat and put soily pawprints all over the clean floor. She is expending some of her 9 lives today I tell you. She also scratched me because she objected to my cleaning her paws.

She is now sat curled up next to me looking all cute and angelic again.

well, that's what pets do! hope she's spayed before you let her out.

how old is she?

My kittens (10 weeks old today) have had their first jabs and the vet told me to start letting them out to "socialise"

Oh she is 7 months and well ready to go out. Yes she's spayed. It's only because the dc were worried about her not coming back that she is only just going out!

Ours were 6 months before we first let them out (and spayed). We were worried about them not coming back too, so we put them down the end of the garden, in the snow. They couldn't get home quick enough!
