Best automatic pet feeder?

I have never even considered a pet feeder before but we are away at the weekend and don't have anyone to feed our two cats.

Can anyone recommend an automatic pet feeder or are these things a disaster?

Pets at home sell one make, we had the 2 day feeder for our 2 cats, with the 2 oblong lids that lift up. It was alright for a while, but the lifting mechanism was a bit fragile and eventually broke. I think with 2 cats, if you feed wet food every day you need something a little bigger. We went for the round 5 portion feeder after that and it has been fine.
