Help - How much to pay our dogwalker?

A lovely pensioner has agreed to walk our dog on the days that I'll be at work. She has suggested £1.50 an hour, which is FAR too little. However, I've no idea how much to pay. Any ideas please?

what about the same as a cm? ours is £3/hr

sounds like a lovely pensioner!

Yep - we pay our childminder £3/hour, which seems reasonable. Yep - this woman is a star, I have a horrid feeling that our dog will soon prefer her to us

mmmm thats a good job. i might do that i love dogs.

i reckon an hour is a long walk no?

I would charge £3 a walk, it would be half an hour and include a nanny style report on shape and colour of poo, general mood of dog, any encounters with other dogs

LOL FLUM

Lots of money in serious dogwalking I reckon. I mean if you were a pro you could take 4-5 dogs at a time = £12 + an hour for walking in the park.
